Who we are

This website (the “Site”) is operated by PropT Solutions Inc. (“Vistora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated federally in Canada, operating as “Vistora.” We are building an AI-powered real estate transaction platform for the Ontario market. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this marketing and early-access website, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the Site only. Our product application (when launched) will have its own privacy terms.

What information we collect

When you join our early-access waitlist, we collect the information you choose to provide through our sign-up form, which may include: your name, email address, and phone number; your role (real estate agent, homebuyer, or mortgage agent); whether you consent to be contacted via WhatsApp; for real estate agents and mortgage agents, your brokerage or company name, and optionally your professional registration or license number (RECO or FSRA) and city/region; for homebuyers, your home-buying timeline and optionally your preferred area.

We also collect limited, privacy-preserving website analytics (such as aggregate page views and traffic sources) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province of residence.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to: contact you about early access to Vistora and notify you when we launch in your area; understand who is interested in the platform so we can plan our rollout; and occasionally send you updates about Vistora after launch (you can opt out at any time). We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis and consent

We collect and use your personal information with your consent, which you provide when you submit the sign-up form and agree to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below), subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Where your information is stored — cross-border storage

Your information is stored using third-party service providers whose servers may be located outside of Canada, including in the United States. As a result, your personal information may be stored and processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access requests by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities in those countries. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border storage and processing.

Who we share it with

We share your personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our waitlist (for example, our hosting provider, our database provider, and our bot-protection provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf. We require these providers to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections, bot and spam protection, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information for as long as needed to contact you about early access and launch, and as otherwise required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; and withdraw your consent to future contact. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

Cookies

This Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function and for security; these do not track you across other websites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
